This virtual information session held on Tuesday January 23, 2024, from 10:00-11:00 am to learn more about the SDGs@UofT Institutional Strategic Initiative!
During the information session, we will cover:
- The SDGs Scholar’s Academy: a dynamic think tank uniting leading researchers for open dialogue on sustainable development.
- Research Programs: SDGs@UofT aims to develop and implement research opportunities for students and research leaders, fostering diverse perspectives.
- Grants: The SDGs@UofT ISI has instituted Catalyst and Synthesis Grants to bolster research themes. Synthesis Grants fund interdisciplinary working groups aligned with research areas for knowledge syntheses. Catalyst Grants support groups creating new knowledge, addressing oppression, and backing thematic and applied research projects. Both grants encourage leveraging external funds for sustainability.
- Trainee Programs: SDGs@UofT aims to empower a diverse range of trainees across career stages with the knowledge and tools for SDG-related actions, fostering positive social change.
- Q&A Session: Engage with our experts and ask questions to clarify doubts or seek advice on your specific funding needs.
