Vijay Kumar Chattu

Vijay Kumar Chattu, a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Toronto's Temerty Faculty of Medicine, specializes in Occupational and Sleep Medicine. He holds multiple degrees, including an MBBS, MD in Community Medicine, MPH in International Health Development, and MPhil in HIV/AIDS Management. With extensive experience in global health, he coordinated a CIHR-funded study on the impact of COVID-19 on healthcare workers. Dr. Chattu has received numerous awards, scholarships, and research grants, with over 300 publications in prestigious journals. Recognized as a top global health scientist, he serves as an Associate Editor for BMJ Global Health and advises on global health policy for the T20 Task force for G20 summits. He is set to defend his PhD in Global Health Diplomacy in spring 2023.
