AmalĀ holds a PhD in Economics and is currently pursuing a Master of Education at the University of Toronto. With a strong academic foundation and a deep passion for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Amal is committed to bridging the worlds of economic policy, education, and social impact. Fluent in Arabic, French, and English, Amal brings a global and inclusive perspective to sustainability, equity, and community development. Her interdisciplinary background fuels her interest in creating education systems that are both accessible and socially responsive. Through SDGs@UofT, Amal is actively engaged in advancing dialogue, research, and student-led initiatives that align with the 2030 Agenda. She believes in the power of education and multilingual collaboration to drive sustainable change locally and globally. Amal is particularly passionate about inclusive economic growth, quality education, and gender equality as core pathways to a more just and resilient future.
