Who pays for the price of climate change?
Marginalized and working-class communities face the brunt of climate change costs whilst the world’s richest are producing the most emissions. We invite you to a roundtable on climate inequality and how we can carve a path to advance a fair and inclusive conversation on the burden of climate crisis. This event can help us understand the unequal distribution of the climate crisis’ impact and why the risks are displaced onto certain communities. The panel includes a variety of speakers that bring their lived experiences and expert insight! We hope that the discussion will offer ideas that can lead to inclusive climate action that centers on those most affected and explores how some voices have been left out.
